Swain R. Chapman, CCIM®, CRE®

Managing Member

Swain3As founder and owner of three companies providing real estate services since 1979, Swain is a seasoned Investment Advisor who understands the dynamics associated with creating and enhancing asset value. After investing 15 years as the cofounder of Chapman Lindsey Commercial Real Estate Services, Swain created Chapman Management Group in 2004 to focus his strengths on Consulting and Asset Management to further the interests of his Clients.

As a seasoned investment advisor with over 35 years of experience in commercial real estate, Swain has participated in the acquisition of hundreds of acres of commercial land and over three million square feet of commercial properties. He has served as a broker and trusted advisor to institutional clients for office and retail developments throughout Arizona, and built a strong national network of industry leaders and financial partners.

Swain served as the Real Estate Consultant for Pima Community College for 14 years where he directed projects such as the acquisition and redevelopment of the Desert Vista Campus, the Northwest Campus, the Community Campus and Downtown Campus for Pima Community
College.

Specializing in redevelopment opportunities, Swain has directed projects such as the renovation of the Historic Pioneer Office Building and Train Depot in downtown Tucson for the City of Tucson, and Works as a consultant and manager for many of the City of Tucson’s real estate assets.

He holds the prestigious Counselor of Real Estate designation (CRE®), as well as the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM ®) designation which he has held since 1985. He is a past president of the Southern Arizona CCIM® Chapter and served as the Political Liaison to various congressmen on behalf of the National Association of Realtors for 19 years.

 


 

Batoun Herrington, CPM®

Batoun3With a career commencing in the hospitality industry, Batoun recognizes the importance of superior customer service, and successfully incorporates the practice into her daily real estate operations. Batoun has over twenty years of property management experience in retail, office, industrial and office condominium management. In addition, she has extensive experience in the disciplines of hotel management, multi-family, and government subsidized housing.

In obtaining the coveted Certified Property Manager®, (CPM®) designation, Batoun is well equipped with the financial savvy, resources and education to further her client’s goals ensuring maximum return on investment.

Jenna Snyder, CPM®, CAAM®

Jenna3Jenna offers 20 years of experience in banking, loan underwriting, and property management.
In addition to comprehensive commercial property management of historic and modern office, retail and industrial uses she has extensive experience in association management. She values her relationships with her clients and believes every property and investor is unique. She strives to meet each investor’s tailored needs and investment goals. Her acute attention to detail cultivates the best interests of her investors, increased property values and tenant satisfaction.
Jenna’s professional special interests are marketing, historical preservation and urban development. She is a Certified Property Manager (CPM®), Certified Association Manager (CAAM®) and the Designated Executive for Accredited Management Organization (AMO®).

Her current Professional Affiliations includes the Institute of Real Estate Management of Greater Phoenix, Tucson’s Downtown Partnership Active Participant and Volunteer, Downtown Merchant Council, CREW®, BOMA® of Greater Tucson, YMCA -Board of Directors

 


Gina Palmer

Property Manager

Gina3Gina Palmer is the newest member of Chapman Management Group. She brings over 14 years of property management, construction, and marketing experience. Prior to joining Chapman Management Group, Gina managed a large residential portfolio for the Nordstrom Group in Tucson, Arizona. She is an organized, efficient professional who oversees each property in her portfolio with keen attention to detail and a focus on each client’s best interests.

Gina’s current portfolio consists of a mix of retail, restaurant and office properties, including professional office associations.

Gina offers her clients expertise in a diverse collection of management activities including tenant relations, construction management, lease compliance, and contract negotiation. She expertly addresses issues involving property maintenance and repairs, tenant communication and budget preparation. Gina’s commitment to the well-being of her client’s properties informs her every decision and ensures that the properties in her portfolio are very well taken care of.
Gina has lived in Tucson for over 30 years. In her spare time; she stays active with her husband Andrew and three young girls. She is an RRCA Certified Running Coach who competes in marathons and triathlons.

 


Linda Rhoades

Accounting Manager

Linda3Linda is the Accounting Manager at Chapman Management Group.   Linda’s real estate management experience began in 1995 in the hospitality industry.  After 7 years of managing a historic downtown hotel, she moved to the corporate office, gaining extensive accounting experience over the next 13 years, with an emphasis in construction accounting.  Linda is dedicated to delivering financial services that meet each client’s unique objectives. With her leadership skills and specific attention to detail she is a valuable member to the Chapman Management Team.
