As founder and owner of three companies providing real estate services since 1979, Swain is a seasoned Investment Advisor who understands the dynamics associated with creating and enhancing asset value. After investing 15 years as the co-founder of Chapman Lindsey Commercial Real Estate Services, Swain created Chapman Management Group in 2004 to focus his strengths on Consulting, Asset Management, and Investments to further the interests of his Clients.

As a seasoned investment advisor with over 40 years of experience in commercial real estate, Swain has participated in the acquisition of hundreds of acres of commercial land and over five million square feet of commercial properties. He has served as broker and trusted advisor to institutional clients for office and retail developments throughout Arizona, and along the way, built a strong national network of industry leaders and financial partners.

As part of his consulting business, Swain served as the Real Estate Advisor for Pima Community College for 14 years from 1990 thru 2004, where he directed projects such as the acquisition and development of the Desert Vista Campus, the Northwest Campus, the Community Campus, and the expansion and redevelopment of the Tucson Downtown Campus.

Swain has directed projects such as the renovation of the Historic Pioneer Office Building and the historic downtown Train Depot on behalf of the City of Tucson, and currently works as a consultant and manager for many of the City of Tucson’s real estate assets.

He holds the prestigious Counselor of Real Estate designation (CRE®) which is by invitation only and has a membership of over 1200 counselors world-wide, as well as the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM ®) designation which he has held since 1985. He is past president of the Southern Arizona CCIM® Chapter and served as the Political Liaison to various congressmen on behalf of the National Association of Realtors for 19 years.

Erik Chapman, CCIM®, CPM®

President

After attending Pima Community College and Northern Arizona University, Erik joined the United States Army in 2001 where he served our country, including a tour overseas. After receiving an Honorable discharge from the Army in 2005, Erik went to work for the Department of the Army until he decided to return home to Tucson, where he joined Chapman Management Group in 2015, and took the reins of Pueblo Parking Systems, managing parking garages and open-air parking lots.

Erik became the Managing Member of Pueblo Parking Systems in 2018, and became Vice President of Chapman Management Group in 2019, involved in the operations and management of various commercial projects, including office, retail, industrial, as well as mixed-use office/retail buildings in downtown Tucson.

Actively involved in investment brokerage, both as an agent and principal, Erik was awarded the prestigious CCIM® designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member) in 2019, is an active member of IREM and received his CPM® designation in 2021. Erik sold Pueblo Parking Systems through a merger with PMC Parking solutions, a National high tech parking management company in 2022 to focus his sole attention to Chapman Management Group as its President.

In his leisure time, Erik enjoys shooting, hiking, bicycling, skiing and golf.
