Swain3As founder and owner of three companies providing real estate services since 1979, Swain is a seasoned Investment Advisor who understands the dynamics associated with creating and enhancing asset value. After investing 15 years as the cofounder of Chapman Lindsey Commercial Real Estate Services, Swain created Chapman Management Group in 2004 to focus his strengths on Consulting and Asset Management to further the interests of his Clients.

As a seasoned investment advisor with over 35 years of experience in commercial real estate, Swain has participated in the acquisition of hundreds of acres of commercial land and over three million square feet of commercial properties. He has served as a broker and trusted advisor to institutional clients for office and retail developments throughout Arizona, and built a strong national network of industry leaders and financial partners.

Swain served as the Real Estate Consultant for Pima Community College for 14 years where he directed projects such as the acquisition and redevelopment of the Desert Vista Campus, the Northwest Campus, the Community Campus and Downtown Campus for Pima Community

Specializing in redevelopment opportunities, Swain has directed projects such as the renovation of the Historic Pioneer Office Building and Train Depot in downtown Tucson for the City of Tucson, and Works as a consultant and manager for many of the City of Tucson’s real estate assets.

He holds the prestigious Counselor of Real Estate designation (CRE®), as well as the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM ®) designation which he has held since 1985. He is a past president of the Southern Arizona CCIM® Chapter and served as the Political Liaison to various congressmen on behalf of the National Association of Realtors for 19 years.



Batoun Herrington, CPM®, CCIM

Batoun3With a career commencing in the hospitality industry, Batoun recognizes the importance of superior customer service, and successfully incorporates the practice into her daily real estate operations. Batoun has over twenty years of property management experience in retail, office, industrial and office condominium management. In addition, she has extensive experience in the disciplines of hotel management, multi-family, and government subsidized housing.

In obtaining the coveted Certified Property Manager®, (CPM®) designation and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) certification, Batoun is well equipped with the financial savvy, resources and education to further her client’s goals ensuring maximum return on investment.

Erik Chapman, CCIM

Vice President

After attending Pima Community College and Northern Arizona University, Erik joined the United States Army in 2001 where he served our country, including a tour in Afghanistan. After receiving a retirement from the Army in 2005, Erik went to work for the Department of the Army until he decided to return home to Tucson, where he joined Pueblo Parking Systems, which manages parking garages and open-air parking lots. Erik became the Managing Member of Pueblo Parking Systems in 2018.

In addition to Pueblo Parking Systems, Erik is Vice President of Chapman Management Group involved in the operations and management of commercial real estate, to include professional office associations, retail, office, and mixed-use retail and office buildings in downtown Tucson. Erik is also actively involved in investment brokerage, both as an agent and principal, and has obtained the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) certification through the National Association of Realtors.

In his leisure time, Erik enjoys hiking, bicycling, skiing and Golf.



Tiana Keupp

Property Manager

Tiana started her career in real estate over 16 years ago in 2003 working “in the trenches” with a high-end residential single-family property management firm. Her portfolio of over 150 homes quickly grew to 350 homes. Her in-depth knowledge of accounting, management experience, and love of solving complex problems led her to make the leap into commercial property management.

In 2013 she received her Broker’s license. In addition to tackling the responsibilities of new account and office management, she was instrumental in the creation and implementation of office wide policies and procedures to enhance her company’s management services to increase their book of business.

Tiana currently manages a diverse portfolio of retail, office, industrial, and mixed- use buildings and is currently involved with overseeing various governmental projects.  She attends BOMA events, is active in her church, and is an avid fan of country music concerts.



Linda Rhoades

Accounting Manager

Linda is the Accounting Manager at Chapman Management Group.   Linda’s real estate management experience began in 1995 in the hospitality industry.  After 7 years of managing a historic downtown hotel, she moved to the corporate office, gaining extensive accounting experience over the next 13 years, with an emphasis in construction accounting.  Linda is dedicated to delivering financial services that meet each client’s unique objectives. With her leadership skills and specific attention to detail she is a valuable member to the Chapman Management Team.
